1. Intellectual Property:

All artworks, paintings, prints, and images remain the property of Saint in Neverland Studio. Buying a painting or print does not transfer copyright or give permission to reproduce.

2. Editions:

One-of-One Paintings are unique and will never be reproduced. Limited Edition Paintings and Limited Edition Prints are numbered and will not be reprinted after the edition sells out. Open Edition Prints may be reprinted.

3. Pricing and Payment:

Prices are listed in NGN and may change without notice. Payments are processed securely via Paystack.

4. Fraud Prevention:

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized transaction.

5. Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be handled in Abuja, FCT.
