Types of Work:

We sell One-of-One Original Paintings, Limited Edition Paintings, Limited Edition Prints (numbered), and Open Edition Prints.

Cancellation:

You can cancel within 2 hours of payment if your order has not entered production. After production starts, Limited Edition Paintings, Limited Edition Prints and custom commissions cannot be cancelled.

All Sales Final:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dislike of colors in person.

Damage During Delivery:

We do not offer refunds if art arrives damaged because delivery is handled by third-party logistics companies outside our control. If your art arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with clear photo and video of the package and the item. We will help you file a claim with the courier and can offer a discounted replacement. Buyer will cover re-shipping cost.

Wrong Item:

If we send the wrong item, report within 24 hours and we will replace it at no extra cost.
